Spacious room, friendly staff, with a satisfying indoor swimming pool that the kids loved and a convenient location just 33 km from the nearest airport for easy travel.

location is fab, just a short stroll to the sandy beach. the two-bedroom chalet was basic but had what we needed, including a private bathroom. evening entertainment was spot on with the bluecoats keeping everyone entertained. loads of tasty food options available too, and the staff were really friendly throughout our stay.

The chalet we stayed in was pretty spacious and clean. We loved the indoor pool and the relaxing sun loungers by the garden. There’s also a nightclub for some fun nights out if you fancy it! The only downside was the Wi-Fi could have been faster, but it didn’t spoil our getaway. 😊

The clean linens provided were also a nice surprise.

Got to say, the home-made bread from the nearby café was a right treat! Plenty of choice at Pontins and the staff were friendly, so you'll never be short of a bleedin' good meal.

We loved being just a short stroll away from the stunning Southport Pier where we enjoyed lovely views and also found it super easy to walk to the beautiful Rotten Row park for a relaxing afternoon by the greenery. it truly made our weekend city strolls a delight and perfect for our family getaway.

The staff were warm and welcoming during check-in. The location offered beautiful views and nice walking areas. Activities for kids were plentiful, providing family-friendly entertainment.

The One-Bedroom Chalet had decent space and was clean, which was a relief. The shower had plenty of hot water, so that was a plus. Basic setup, but you get what you pay for. Staff were helpful, which made things easier. it could use some updates. furniture felt dated, and the floors needed a good clean. not bad for the price but could definitely improve in some areas.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free Wi-Fi, indoor swimming pool, and friendly staff who helped me find my lost ID card on my first visit. Highly recommend for family fun! Coming back next year.
